3. Token-Gated Premium Access

3.1 Access Requirements

Premium features require holding a minimum amount of $VETTR tokens in a verified Solana wallet. Token requirements are subject to change based on market conditions and tokenomics.

3.2 Wallet Verification

Users must verify wallet ownership by:

• Providing a valid Solana wallet address
• Completing a verification transaction (minimal SOL for gas/proof)
• Maintaining the minimum required $VETTR token balance

3.3 Continuous Verification

VETTR performs automated balance checks. If your token balance falls below the minimum requirement, premium access will be automatically suspended without notice. You may regain access by purchasing more tokens and maintaining the required balance.

3.4 No Refunds

Token purchases are conducted through third-party platforms. VETTR does not control token pricing or market liquidity and cannot issue refunds for token purchases.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Telegram account
• Safeguarding your wallet private keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you are not sharing access with others

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute signals without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Use automated tools (bots) to access the Service
• Impersonate others or create multiple accounts
• Verify wallets that do not belong to you
• Engage in wash trading or market manipulation

4.3 Trading Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• All trading decisions are your own responsibility
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and risky
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• VETTR signals are AI-generated predictions, not guarantees

5. Referral Program

5.1 Referral Rewards

The referral program allows users to earn rewards for inviting others. Reward structures and eligibility are subject to change at VETTR's discretion.

5.2 Abuse Prevention

VETTR reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in referral fraud
• Withhold rewards for suspicious activity
• Modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

8. Service Modifications and Termination

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
• Change premium access requirements
• Update pricing or token requirements
• Implement new features or remove existing ones

8.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• Your token balance falls below requirements (premium features only)
